Helloooo!

Welcome to Wasting ALL the Time!

Ranking the Top 10 of 2020

*ALL VOTES MUST BE IN BY SUNDAY, DECEMBER 27*

2020 has been a hell of a year for everybody. We, like so many others, were forced to adapt to a new reality which meant no longer recording in person. On the bright side, Jon returned to the show this year after taking some months off to plan his marriage! Oh, and might we suggest that the content has been pretty great this year?

All year long, you have been submitting calls for what you thought were the stand-out scenes of the show and now we’ve brought them all together into this one blog post so you can help us rank them. It’s a lot. Like, maybe too much. Seriously, it took days to put this post together. Check out the scene descriptions and listen back to what you want.

We need you to give us your favorite four (4) scenes in order of preference. We take joy in the archaic use of metals (also medals) for the ranking, so in the comments of this post, list your Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze picks for 2020. Thanks!

From Ep. 28: (Improv Game of the Week) “Skewed”

[9:08] In this scene Jes, Cody, and Dave are preparing for the Olympic Opening Ceremony. They re-enact the scene a couple times, cycling through which character’s POV is dominant.

From Ep. 28: (What’s Weird in the World?) Fast Radio Bursts

[4:33] In this scene, Jes shared a story about some interesting astronomy news and then they discussed their search for extraterrestrial life using a brand new telescope which turns out to be better suited as a broadcast device.
